In this stage your dream plan starts to take shape!! We start from scratch and complete your customised plan. We offer innovative solutions and garden ideas to create a dream plan that matches your lifestyle.
After your site plan elevated and finalised, we help you to choose the suitable plants and landscaping materials. We consider a variety of factors when deciding about the plants and materials to use in your garden design including cost, plants environmental requirement, growth rate, your garden sustainability and durability of your landscape elements.

Still, there is no obligation for you to amend the design as many times as you want to fit the best plan with your budget.
After all documentation has been finalised, we prepare your contract and present to you for signing.
Throughout the construction process, we manage and supervise the various subcontractors and suppliers to ensure your project stays on time, within budget and standards.
Handover is the most exciting part of your project as your dream has been changed to real. Your heaven is now completed and ready to move in. Return:
Returns are accepted and the type of refund will depend on the certain conditions. You must notify us of your intention to return the undamaged goods within 7 days of you taking receipt of the goods. Returns will only be accepted provided the goods are in the same condition that you received it from us. In order for us to help, you should make an effort to ensure suitable repackaging is used and should allow for adequate protection of the goods during return transit. Please contact us to discuss return shipping options before sending.
Refund:
Any returns where the buyer’s situation has changed, or the buyer changes their mind may not automatically receive a full refund. In cases where you receive a refund, you may only receive the cost to us of the original shipping incurred will be deducted from your purchase amount. Discretion may be given in special circumstances. Return shipping in these situations is to be paid by you, the buyer. Once we have received the returned goods and after inspection, as soon as we are happy with the condition of the goods, we will organise for a refund to be made.
Replacement:
Replacements will be sent out at our cost for products supplied with manufacturer faults or if the wrong product was sent. If the good was damaged during shipping or after receipt by you, contact us to discuss options at that time, as in some cases you may need to take up the issue with the freight company.
Keep in mind that your positive experience is our goal – we do not plan to leave you out in the cold!
Delivery:
We can typically deliver your ordered good (s) on the next day within seven days a week including public holidays.
All goods will be shipped to your proposed delivery address for free.
If the recipient is not at the delivery address to receive the ordered good (s), a card will be left, advising the good has been delivered behind the door.
